I’ve spent most of my career building systems that help people work, learn, and perform more effectively.
That path has taken me from undergraduate AI research, to the Peace Corps in Honduras, to being an early employee at multiple startups, to co-founding and scaling Bonusly — a company built around helping people grow and thrive at work.
Whatever the domain, I tend to think in systems: how incentives shape behavior, where workflows break down, where unmet needs hide, and how better tools can create durable improvements for both individuals and organizations.
I’m most energized by building practical, product-led solutions — especially ones that combine strong UX, operational thinking, and adaptive feedback loops. I like owning the full lifecycle of problem-solving: researching, prototyping, building, measuring, refining, and continuously improving.
Over the years, I’ve worked across product, engineering, operations, finance, and go-to-market functions, but my “happy place” is building products.
I’m currently exploring where my mix of product, systems, and operator experience can create the most leverage in the emerging AI landscape. Lately that’s included building Runsense, an adaptive coaching platform for recreational runners, along with a handful of other experiments and conversations with thoughtful builders, operators, and founders.
